Shipping Information

U.S. and Canadian orders received by 4PM (PST) Monday - Thursday are shipped same day* for next day delivery. Orders received after 4PM PST, Thursday will be shipped the following Monday. International orders are shipped on Monday & Friday. *Subject to product availability.

For your convenience, AkrivisBio accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express for purchases. Credit card approval must be obtained prior to shipment.

All prices quoted on this site are in U.S. dollars. For international pricing, orders, or inquiries please contact us or the appropriate distributor in your area. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Terms

Payment for purchased products, including shipping and handling charges, shall be made by the SELLER in advance at the time of order. The products will be shipped after the money is received.

Restocking Fee

In the case of purchasing error or change in an order after the order has been shipped, AkrivisBio will charge a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee applies to unopened, properly stored items that are authorized for return. All shipping costs have to be paid by the buyer.

Warranties

AkrivisBio’s products are warranted to meet our product specifications in effect at the time of shipment. Notice of non-conforming products must be made to AkrivisBio within 30 days of receipt of the product. This product warranty limits AkrivisBio’s liability to the replacement of the product only. In no events, shall AkrivisBio be liable for any kinds of losses or damages resulting from the use of AkrivisBio’s products.
Note: If the above terms are not acceptable to you, promptly return any products in the package in which they were received. Failure to promptly return the product or any use of the product constitutes acceptance of the above terms.
